COVID-19 has severely impacted domestic and international couriers. Non-essential goods transportation has been restricted. Several countries implement additional border controls and restrictions on international travel. As a result, airlines have drastically reduced international services, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to international destinations. Once shipped, delivery time within the US is normally 2-6 days and 5 weeks internationally. However, due to the COVID-19 impact, all orders are experiencing delays.
How do I use the Products?
Congratulations on your Purchase of FYM Skin Care! We believe skin care should be easy and effective, and we can’t wait to show you how to use your new Products.
Included with your package, you will receive a physical postcard with detailed written instructions on how to use your FYM Skin Care Products or Tools. You also have a QR code on your box which takes you to our HOW TO USE PAGE.
You can also visit THIS PAGE and locate your Product, for online instructions and video demonstrations.

Do you offer samples?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer samples, however it is in the works! Sign up to our Shop Update Newsletter to be the first to know what’s new in FYM Skin Care!
Are there any limits on how many I can buy?
There are no limits, however if you want to purchase more than 20 items, please contact email@example.com so we can assist you further.
Do you offer gift packaging?
We do not offer specific gift wrapping however our packages come in nice little bags that would work well as gifts.
*Spoiler Alert: Our shipping boxes do say Face Yoga Method on them. If this is a gift, we recommend you wrap your box upon delivery to keep your gift a surprise for the lucky recipient.
How can I find the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email updates with access to your Order Status Page.
Can I modify an order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once you’ve placed an order it goes straight to our fulfilment center who begins to work on your order right away. This means we can’t accept any changes once the order has been placed. This includes changing the item/s in your order, shipping information, or payment method.

How do I know my order went through if I haven’t received a confirmation email?
Order confirmations should come through right away, however there can sometimes be a delay as a result of high order volumes. If you haven’t received an order confirmation within 6 hours please call or email our Customer Support Team at email@example.com or 314-391-8464.
Do you allow refunds or returns?
We have a 7-day refund policy from the date of your payment. All refunds are to be requested via email, please email Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org, any other forms of refund request will not be valid.
All of our digital eBooks are final sale, and are not subject to any money back or refund policy once the order is placed.
We stand by our Products and know you will love them! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to contact us and request a refund or return. You may return the items that are in their original condition and sealed packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Those that are not returned in perfect and sealed condition, cannot be sent back to and therefore, a refund is not possible.
To return a sealed, unused Physical Product, first please be sure to email Customer Support at email@example.com. You will be provided with an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) and all the information we need in order to process refunds and returns. Reimbursement will be issued minus shipping and handling fees once your items have arrived back to us.
No refunds or returns are accepted on apparel items.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay.
1. Terms and Conditions
1.1. Face Yoga Method ("we" or "Face Yoga Method") offers customers of Face Yoga Method ("the Merchant") the opportunity to refer friends (“Friends”) to try the Merchant's goods and Digital Courses ("Shop Referral Program" or "Program").
1.2. These terms apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a referrer and a friend referred to the Merchant's Products.
1.3. By participating in the Program, both agree to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorised to register as a User or Friend or participate in the Program in any manner.
1.4. We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions. You may terminate this Agreement if you do not wish to be bound by any such amendments but by continuing to use our website or the Program you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms.
2. Referrals and Rewards
2.1. The offer is subject to a minimum spend of $40.
2.2. There are limits in place on how many and how frequently referrals can be made by any single referrer. Rewards may not be given if those limits are exceeded.
2.3. Rewards must be claimed before the expiration of codes.
2.4. Reward will be given once 1 Friend makes a first purchase.
2.5. Face Yoga Method reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or User at any time.
2.6. Face Yoga Method reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this offer at any time without notice.
2.7. Face Yoga Method reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to prevent any individual from participating in this or future promotions.
2.8. Referral credit cannot be applied to previous purchases, and is not redeemable for cash.
2.9. This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice in our sole discretion.
3. Removal from Referral Program
3.1. If a customer wishes to be removed from the referral program, they can do so by contacting: firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW TO EDIT OR CANCEL A SUIBSCRIPTION
You may edit or cancel your subscription by accessing your account or by contacting Customer Support at any time. This includes: quantity, delivery schedule, payment method, and shipping or billing address.
1. Log in to your account by logging in here.
2. Follow the below instructions depending on your desired action.
To Update the Billing Information
In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed or if you need to update your email address. If you signed up using Paypal and want to change your payment method in Paypal, you need to cancel the subscription and start a new subscription via the checkout. This is due to Paypal requiring a new billing agreement for any changes made.
To Update the Shipping Information
Once logged in, click on Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.
To Cancel a Subscription
If you no longer want to continue your subscription, click on the Actions button found next to the subscription you want to cancel and then select Cancel from the dropdown menu. On the following page, you will be prompted to choose a cancellation reason. Select the cancellation reason that closely matches your reason for canceling. Click Cancel my subscription to complete cancellation.
To Add a Product to a Subscription
Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab, then click Add Product. This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries. You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date.
To Swap a Subscription Product
Within the Subscriptions tab, click on the Actions button found next to the subscription you want to cancel and then select Swap from the dropdown menu. On the following page, you will be prompted to select a new product.
To Combine Subscriptions
This option is available on the backend of your account only. Reach out to the Customer Success Team by emailing email@example.com for subscriptions to be combined.
SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT METHODS
A valid credit card is the only acceptable form of payment for product subscriptions.
