This band is of the highest quality. I have used it in my yoga class and the adult ballet class I take at the Louisville Ballet. I find it is longer than some bands I have used in the past. It's a great band that helps my posture to get improve and in the same time after few hours, 1,2 my back and shoulders are relax. I used it everyday at home. MikoBand is multi band. I use it not only for my back and shoulder but also tighten it double on my hip. It feels good. The length of MikoBand is perfect witch I've been looking for a long time. I use it also stretch exercise. I really happy with it!!

this is perfect! and I have tried a lot as a physiotherapist! The length is good for me, a little bit too short for my husband for the posture pose, but it still works!
I am wearing it every day, started with just a few minutes, now I can wear it up to one hour, and for me that is enough!

It's a strong, thick, long band that can be used to do a full body workout. I love it! Also, I enjoy doing my back exercises with this band since I work from home while, at the same time, go to school online. Wearing my Miko band makes me feel like a powerful posture princess. I have pretty good posture from years of yoga and dance, but have long been plagued by a tricky internal rotation in by left shoulder. The first time I put my Miko band on I immediately felt less stress in that shoulder and liked it so much that I wore it while I did my chores. After a few hours of proper alignment and support my entire body felt more balanced and open. I love the Mikoband for helping to gently improve my posture. I make sure it feels comfortable and not too tight when I do this. I do this daily when sitting at the computer or washing up. :) I can feel my shoulders pull back. Feels good after. I also use it when doing excercise's, in particular for opening the chest area and for my toe exercises.
