THINGS TO REMEMBER

When you first wear the MikoBand to help with your posture, start with only a couple minutes each day, whilst slowly increasing the duration. If you decide to wear the MikoBand for longer than 10 minutes you will be sure to feel confident and most of all comfortable.

The MikoBand may feel slightly uncomfortable at first, this is because it is is gently correcting your posture. However, it should not hurt.

Try to relax while you wear it!
