3.2 Shipping Providers: All orders are shipped via USPS within the United States and DHL for international deliveries. Please monitor the tracking information provided as USPS or DHL ecommerce handles shipments up until the point of entry into the destination country. Subsequently, a local courier may take over the delivery process, necessitating the use of a different tracking platform.
3.3 Factors Affecting Delivery: We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by factors including but not limited to customs clearance, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes or delays, or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers.
