Here’s what you’ll need for our favorite green juice:
- Lettuce, spinach, or other fresh leafy greens
- Optional apple to sweeten
To properly wash and sanitize the vegetables, leave them to soak in a bowl of water and vinegar. Cold-pressed slow juicers are great because they preserve essential nutrients in the vegetables during the juicing process.
